REVERT Total Protein Stain is a robust and reproducible solution for Western blot normalization. The stain can be detected in the 700nm channel of Odyssey imaging systems (or competitor systems) for quantification and normalization analyses. The protocol is quick and can be completed within 15 minutes. Kit contents: 100 mL REVERT Total Protein Stain and 200 mL REVERT Wash Solution. Sufficient for 20 mini Western blots (5 mL/blot).
